Asha Agarwal, a woman of color thriving in the male-dominated property industry, is now fostering hope and transforming the property landscape. With twenty years of experience, Asha has guided over 1,000 first-time buyers onto the property ladder, many of whom never thought homeownership was within their reach.

Entering the industry at just 19, without qualifications and facing numerous challenges, she overcame obstacles from foster care and homelessness to rise through the corporate ranks, eventually becoming a director at Savills, leading their shared ownership division. Asha turned her difficult beginnings into success, establishing a 6-figure award-winning Property Consultancy and a 7-figure property portfolio through resilience, strategic insight, and a steadfast belief in her mission.

Today, she is the award-winning founder of Inspire New Homes, a boutique consultancy that revitalizes the sales and marketing departments of housing associations and local authorities. Known for integrating herself within organizations, Asha not only advises but leads from within, introducing bold ideas, practical changes, and tangible results. Her work has influenced major projects for clients like Islington Council, Shepherds Bush Housing Group, Newham Council, and Hammersmith & Fulham Council, all acquired through word-of-mouth.

Asha is also the driving force behind Inspire Together, Through her coaching platform, she empowers women, especially those from underrepresented backgrounds, to gain confidence, build careers, and achieve financial independence. Her efforts support charities aiding domestic violence survivors, aligning personal purpose with social impact.

She has spoken on national and international stages, including Cityscape Global in Saudi Arabia, the Share to Buy Home Show, and delivered an opening speech at the House of Commons for the first-time buyer award. She has judged prestigious awards such as the What House? Awards and Inspiring Women in Property Awards and chairs panels both in the UK and abroad.

As a single mother, survivor, and industry pioneer, Asha uses her platform to demonstrate to other women that their past does not determine their future. Her mission is clear: to create a world where purpose aligns with property, and every woman feels she belongs.

Asha’s personal journey exemplifies that regardless of one's background, it is possible to make a lasting impact on people and communities. Her path from foster care and homelessness to director-level positions and global speaking engagements is a testament to her resilience and vision.
