Empowering Black Women in Real Estate:
Black Women in Real Estate Membership
Sponsored by Quaye Services Ltd

Black Women in Real Estate (BWRE) have announced a campaign aimed at junior and intermediate Real Estate professionals, with five memberships sponsored by Chartered Quantity Surveyors, Quaye Services Ltd. The campaign will take place online between 26th June 2023 – 21st July 2023.

BWRE is an organisation that connects and empowers Black women within the real estate industry. With a network of 400 women, BWRE addresses the issue of under-representation of diversity by creating spaces for Black women to connect, empower one another and grow their reach and influence through a combined voice.

Nii Klotey Quaye, Founder and Managing Director of QS Ltd said: “We are proud to contribute to the professional development of Black women who are in the early stages of their careers. By providing access to a network filled with experienced and accomplished Real Estate experts, we are certain we will be helping them to receive an invaluable, constructive impact on their careers in the long-term. BWRE’s dedication to promoting diversity and inclusion by addressing under-representation in the industry aligns perfectly with our values of integrity and sustainability.”

Hanna Afolabi, Founder of Black Women in Real Estate, shared her enthusiasm for QS Ltd's support, stating, "We are excited about QS Ltd's support of our mission to increase the number of Black women in the sector by providing them with the necessary support to thrive. As Black women, we often find ourselves isolated without a community, even in diverse spaces where we remain a minority. By supporting junior Black women in real estate, we can alleviate this feeling and increase their chances of thriving at work. We hope this is just the beginning of more campaigns like this, further increasing support for the important work our organisation does."

BWRE, have created a community built on the strong foundation of support and collaboration. Whether you're embarking on your real estate journey or already a seasoned professional, Black Women in Real Estate provides the ideal platform to connect with other driven individuals in the field.
